REOPENING UNDER COVID

The March Hare is delighted to announce that from July 4th we are OPEN again for karting and shooting activities.

To keep in line with the current Covid guidelines it will be necessary to make some changes to the way take payment, sign in guests and organise our activities. Group sizes will be reduced, places will be limited so pre booking will be essential.

OUR COVID SAFEGUARDS AND PROVISIONS

We have, over the lockdown period, reviewed and risk assessed our operation extensively, and with guidance from the National Karting Association and others in the karting and leisure industry, have put in place a new system which we are sure will minimise the risk of Covid infection to visitors and staff.

As always at the March Hare, no mixing of groups or individuals will occur and bookings will now be spaced by a minimum of one hour to enable us to clean down and set up for the next group. This means that only one group will be on site at any time.

New cleaning and sanitising regimes are in place with hand sanitising stations, anti bac soaps, single use balaclavas and gloves. Race suits and equipment will be ozone cleansed. Shooting equipment will be sanitised for each guest. Face masks and gloves will be provided.

We will be able to sign in and brief outside with guests socially distanced, and by taking pre payments, by bank transfer or card, we can reduce face to face contact to a minimum. Regrettably, for the moment, the Lodge will remain closed except for the use of the toilets.

Despite the tighter guidlines we are sure that you will, as always, have an enjoyable, and above all, safe experience at the March Hare.

We look forward to your visit.
