Stag/Hen Functions

With our range of activities the March Hare is the perfect venue for stag and hen nights, days, or parties.

Whether it is a small group of 6, or upwards of 50 we have something for everyone. You can concentrate on just one activity such as Karting or Paintball, or spend the day on several different ones. The options are endless and we can plan a special event to suit any budget. Some typical outlines are available below.
At the end of the day you may want to head for the town for more traditional festivities but you don't need to. Our Lodge is fully licensed and we can arrange entertainment for the boys or girls while you sample our well stocked bar.

Typical March Hare Stag/Hen Events

MULTI ACTIVITY EVENT - TIME TABLE 1
10.00	ARRIVAL, COFFEE, TEA & TOAST IN LODGE
10.30	12 BIRD CLAY SHOOT Supervision & instruction from our friendly coaches.
	.22 RIFLE COMPETITION After instruction you will shoot on our 25 m range with a bolt action rimfire rifle & scope.
	CO2 PISTOL COMPETITION Using Walther multi shot CO2 pistols.
12.30	BBQ LUNCH Sausages, beefburgers, spare ribs, chicken portions and salads. Soft drinks included.
1.30	KART RACE Safety briefing, timed practice session followed by 4 heats for all drivers, and then a 10 lap grand final for the top 4. Trophies for winners and a bottle of Bubbly to spray.
4.30	AWARDS IN THE LODGE Times are approximate. Running order may change
With 4 different activities to take part in, this is an ideal event for birthday and anniversary celebrations or for stag and hen parties.
The cost for the above event will be £800.00 for up to 10 participants. Extra guests will be charged at £80.00 / head. A non returnable deposit of £20.00 / head is required to confirm your booking, the balance being due 7 days before the event.

	CO2 PISTOL COMPETITION Using Walther multi shot CO2 pistols.
	KART FASTEST LAP COMPETITION Safety briefing, followed by timed practice sessions.
1.00	BBQ LUNCH Sausages, beefburgers, spare ribs, chicken portions and salads. Soft drinks included.
2.00	PAINTBALL COMPETITION Minimum 3 games of capture the flag. Includes 200 paint balls. Extra paint available at £7.00 / 100 balls

The cost for the above event will be £80.00 per head inc vat. the minimum charge is for 12 people. A non returnable deposit of £20 / head is required to confirm your booking, the balance being due 7 days before the event.
